What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, delivery address.
• Birth details (date, time and place of birth) when you request astrology, Kundli or gemstone services or buy gemstones, so we can prepare accurate recommendations.
• Order, payment status and consultation booking records. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
• Messages you send through forms, and basic technical data (IP address, browser) used for security and to prevent spam.

How we use it

• To provide consultations, fulfil and deliver orders, and send confirmations, reminders and receipts.
• To respond to your enquiries and, only with your consent, send occasional newsletters (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To keep the site secure and comply with the law (for example tax records).

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the business: payment processing (Razorpay), email delivery, hosting, courier partners, and calendar/video tools for consultations. We do not sell your data.

Birth details

We treat birth details as sensitive. They are used only for your consultation or order, visible only to staff who need them, and deleted or anonymised when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can access, correct, download or delete your data from your account page, or by emailing us. We keep order and tax records for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (keeping you signed in and your cart). We do not use advertising cookies.
